About us

At our practice, we specialize in rehabilitating individuals who have experienced injuries, surgeries, or other physical limitations. Through tailored exercise programs and personalized care, we help our clients regain their strength, mobility, and functionality. Our holistic approach focuses not only on the physical aspects but also on the emotional and mental well-being of our clients.

One of our primary areas of expertise is women’s health. We understand the unique challenges women face when it comes to their physical health, including pregnancy, postpartum recovery, menopause, and pelvic floor issues. Our specialized programs address these concerns, providing effective solutions and empowering women to take control of their health.

Nikki’s Specialities as a Bio

Before starting her own practice, Nikki worked as a Biokineticist at a Virgin Active where one of her major roles was to present “Preggy Belly” classes for pregnant women. Nikki quickly realised that her University training had not sufficiently equipped her to work with pregnant women safely and confidently and so she started to expand her knowledge and training within the field of women’s health. Working with women soon became her newfound passion. Now, Nikki is proud to be one of the first Biokinetics practices to also focus on women’s health and to offer education and treatment of:

  • PCOS
  • Endometriosis
  • Young female athlete training guidance
  • Menstrual cycle education
  • Pregnancy exercise
  • Post-partum exercise
  • Pelvic floor strengthening
  • Diastasis recti
  • Post-partum core- activation & training
  • Menopause-related weight gain and bone density

Nikki still practices as an ordinary Bio and loves to treat all orthopedic cases and injuries but her passion ultimately lies in empowering women of all ages to understand and love their bodies throughout all of life’s wonderful cycles.
